Derrick Henry is still an elite back.

It’s also worth noting that Henry led the NFL in rushing attempts and had zero fumbles….something hasn’t happened in almost 40 years.   The last guy to do this was Gerald Riggs way back in 1985.

Look at all those defenders chasing down a rolling tomato can!

Derrick Henry sure seems to get a lot of those "anybody could do it, perfectly blocked plays" ever since he was declared a bum by message board illuminati.    Luckiest back in history, I gue

You can argue he makes the Ravens more explosive but LOL that he's more valuable than Lamar Jackson.  If you're going to Greenburg or Rich Eisen for football analysis, you may as well deepthroat a shotgun.

Randy Moss wasn't more valuable than Tom Brady, but like Moss Henry is having that type of transformational impact on the team that's putting it over the top.

LOL.  No he's not.  The Ravens were first in running attempts and yards last year too.  They averaged 28.4 PPG last year and are averaging 31.1 PPG this year.

Lamar's explosion passing has little to do with Henry.  Hell they play Hill way more when they pass than they do Henry.

I knew a dude in high-school who could have played division 1 football and basketball but his shoulder couldn't stay in socket. He may ave even been pro worthy in b-ball. Always felt bad for him.

I definitely wasn't that good, but I had a chance to make it past high school without the injury. I was a dog in the trenches lol.

The Ravens wouldn’t lose anything without Henry. Greenberg’s take is honestly one of the worst I’ve ever heard

Yes they would. They would lose a closer.

They win the AFCCG last year with Henry on the roster because they never would have been dumb enough to have been that lopsided and only rush 6 times to a RB. That's what he brings. He forces them to keep a balance while also adding in the fact he's the most explosive positional player in the NFL.

Not joking, I was a halfback in a winged T offense in high school.  Played tailback when we “mixed it up” with the power I formation.   3 yards and a cloud of dust quite literally at times.

I used to absolutely hate defending  double wing offenses. It was like playing a different game. It also sucked as a corner because they would run, run, run, then suck you in with PA and you're so focused on run supporting that you didn't notice the receiver/TE slip behind you.

The game they needed to close out Lamar closed it out

Does anyone really think they run the same game plan against the Chiefs last year with Henry on the roster? Hell no. I said it before the game if anyone cares to find it exactly the way the Ravens could lose the game. They won't make that mistake again with Henry on the roster.
