pat
The longer Vrabel is here, the more it seems like he's a limited micro manager. He's a DL and LB coach punching out of his league. rns90, AvgJoe, and IowaOiler

AvgJoe
Bad defense Archaic offense Putrid Special Teams Players Regressing Lack of Player Development Tell me why Vrabel should still have a job when the season is over IsntLifeFunny, titanskick8851, ctm, and 1 other
AvgJoe
Matt Canada, who makes Downing look competent, was just fired in Pittsburgh. You know, the OC who did nothing but have his QB throw in the flats and our defensive minded HC couldn’t stop it? The Panthers game has the potential to be the tipping point for Vrabel. Lose to the worst team in the league at home and there is no defense. Key word.... potential. This isn't a prediction of a loss or even that he would be fired the next day if that happens. IsntLifeFunny
AvgJoe
Frank Reich is fighting for his job and will throw everything he has got at winning this game. It’s also quite dumb that Reich is on the hot seat. Rookie QB, first year there, and they traded the one true WR threat to get the QB. If this game could get Vrabel fired, go Panthers? FRT
Score 7 -17 points against the Panthers and lose by double digits as the boo birds reign down on Sunday and pop the popcorn.
JJHuddle12
Steelers fired Matt Canada but even then I thought they called a much better offense than Mike Vrabel.

I agree she could do it, but I don't think there is a single person on the staff who would be remotely qualified to take the reigns, even for a few weeks. I mean, we could go the Indy route as someone previously mentioned, but I don't think Amy is as dumb as Irsay. I'd be all for a former Oiler coming in to coach the last few weeks, if nothing else than to see him again on the sidelines again.

It’s not a good look for him. And this is an entertainment business. You sell hope. Not sure how the hell you can justify bringing back a guy who has won 3 games in the last calendar year.
