One set per a muscle in a workout

The best workout for most people is a 5x5 compound 2 times per week. 

 

5 sets of 5:

 

Day 1

Squats 

Deadlifts

Pullup Curls

 

Day 2 (leave at least 1 day of rest in between Day 1 and 2)

Bench Press

Military Press

Barbell Rows

 

*Instead of adding days, increase the weight. If you do it right, you won't be able to complete the very last set and your limbs should feel like rubber at the end.*

 

Add a day of HIIT, cycling, swimming or cardio day and walk at least 10k steps per day.
