Trump (and others) indicted in GA

Ellis actually fleeced quite a bit of money for her crowdfunded defense, only to rollover. The lawyers, showing they are not dying on Trump hill have gamed this out and are turning on their comrades while they can.

Dershowitz is trying to spin it as a bullshit First Amendment issue.   I'd be very interested to hear Dershowitz' argument that explains how organizing and implementing a plan that includes

Fani Willis no longer has to prove the existence of these criminal conspiracies only w/ evidence. She can bring in the ring leaders for each spoke in the wheel and they'll just confirm that it's real and it came at Trump's direction. Then she backs those testimonies w/ evidence.

Willis has done a masterful job so far and this trial will go well before the 2024 election as will Smith's Jan 6th trials... who can also compel these witnesses to testify.

They need to take Trump's passports before he flees the country.

He's going to go to Russia and continue to spread disinformation and try to get his followers to do crazier and crazier shit. I'd rather him be in jail and silent.

https://www.cnbc.com/2023/11/15/trump-georgia-election-case-judge-will-issue-protective-order-for-evidence-after-testimony-leak.html

A Georgia judge said Wednesday he will issue a protective order barring the public release of sensitive evidence exchanged between prosecutors and lawyers representing former President Donald Trump and his co-defendants in their election interference criminal cases in that state.

“Until we decide what’s going to be relevant and admissible, this case should be tried and not in the court of public opinion,” Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee said at a hearing on the proposed order.

The order was sought by prosecutors, and agreed to by most of the defense teams on Wednesday, after the leak this week to media outlets of videos containing confidential interviews that four co-defendants, among them attorneys Jenna Ellis, Sidney Powell and Kenneth Chesebro, gave prosecutors as part of their agreements to plead guilty.

At Wednesday’s hearing, attorney Jonathan Miller, who is representing defendant Misty Hampton, told McAfee that he gave the videos to “one media outlet.” He did not say which one.

The Georgia prosecutor leading the election-interference case against former president Donald Trump and 14 remaining co-defendants requested a trial date of Aug. 5, 2024, in a motion filed Friday afternoon.

The request, made to Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee, notes that two criminal cases against Trump in federal court are scheduled for March and May, respectively, so an August start date in the Georgia case is “unlikely to be subject to delay or interference from these other trials.”

The motion does not mention new uncertainty about one of those cases, a federal case unfolding in Florida that accuses Trump and others of mishandling classified documents. While the case is still scheduled for May, U.S. District Judge Aileen M. Cannon said last week that she will revisit deadlines in the case in early March.

The motion is sure to draw vociferous objections from the defendants — notably Trump, the Republican presidential front-runner, who, if nominated, would be forced to sit in an Atlanta courtroom day after day in the final weeks of the general-election campaign, and possibly on Election Day itself and into 2025.

I certainly agree with the closing sentiment of "fuck em' all, yea".

The problem with this argument is there is absolutely no credible evidence of any kind that shows Obama, Hillary or Biden should be "locked up".

Trump on the other hand has clearly committed a shit ton of crimes and he's only getting charged for the very worst and most obvious. It's really not even a question of whether he's guilty, just whether he'll be convicted.

Why fuck em all? Fuck Trump is way more fitting and in no way unfair. He's earned it and clearly a criminal.

Disagreeing with Obama, Hillary and Biden is fine but they haven't committed any known crimes.
