Supreme Court ruled a Christian graphic artist who wants to design wedding websites can refuse to work with same-sex couples. The New Republic is quite left leaning so I was waiting for confirmation before posting this. But I’ll go ahead and share. Allegedly, the supposed gay marriage website is made up. The case was hypothetical. Since the plantiff didn't suffer any real harm, how did she have standing to sue? MadMax, pat, and BigTT 1

nine
I honestly don’t have a problem with independent proprietors and very small businesses refusing service based on prejudice….I don’t feel an independent business owner should be forced or compelled to offer their services for something they find personally objectionable or offensive. And as a customer, I sure as hell wouldn’t want to support a business that doesn’t want me as a customer. But if that’s how they choose to run their business, they damn well better own it. Hang a big confederate flag in the window and a sign on the front door in big bold letters: “No service for gays / Blacks / Muslims / Jews / Sympathizers“. Let every potential customer/client know exactly what you stand for so they can make an informed decision about whether to support your business . And see how far it gets you. Then there will be huge hidden sex scandals about kids not being kicked out for non straight sexual acts. Sexual acts banned from colleges. Like licking your girsl butt? GAY! Soon people going before school councils for hugging their friends and having to prove straightness by immediately marrying an opposite CIS gender and consummating in front of a panel of judges. Just like Jesus wanted! "the only righteous gay sex is my gay sex" arguments start...
