ctm
In terms of financial damages, Lewan got paid for 2022. So he's going to have to argue that the botched surgery cost him money in 2023 and beyond.
Popular Post Justafan
Very possible that it did. There's no guarantees but the #1 reason the Titans moved on was health. DCTitan, begooode, IsntLifeFunny, and 2 others
Starkiller
Pretty good odds that he will get a settlement from the doctor’s medical insurance and won’t actually need to prove anything in court.

ChesterCopperpot1
Man I really wish this was filed in Tennessee so I could pull all the pleadings. my recollection is he had his surgery done by a specialist in LA. So I would imagine any lawsuit is filed there. SleepingTitan

Having practiced civil litigation for 7 years now, he will certainly be able to find experts who will say the surgery was botched, it shortened his playing career, and the NPV of his damages from missed future earnings are “X”. You can pretty much find an expert for everything. Mythos27, TitansPDO, Starkiller, and 1 other

VaTitan
Is the team at risk? Do they recommend the doctor or does the player decide and insurance just covers it? And lol at him wait until after free agency and the draft..... Guess he's getting the hint that he's not that in demond.
