If he had beaten the Jags I would feel comfortable calling him a Titans Legend and retiring his number, but he didn't so fuck him

Fair. Didn't really need a 3rd. RT is a plenty capable backup behind Willis.

We can always sign Dobbs off of whatever practice squad he ends up on this year…

ABT  is the ANTIFA of one group on this board. It doesnt really exist.

It's purely tank or not.

If we are keeping RT then we should be going harder to update the offense and bring in great talent  - which we arent doing - so it's obvious the team is trying for mediocrity this year.

We don't/didn't have the money to make sweeping changes in free agency and everything is pointing to a offense heavy draft so idk what else you want then to dom

Based on how Mike Keith talks about Willis, I think it's just as likely that they are looking at him to be the backup.  Sounded like they knew he was nowhere close to ready to play QB last year and expect a leap forward.  Doesn't mean he can develop into a viable starter.

Vrabel loved the Willis pick

If they knew he wasn't ready they why in the world did they make him the #2 all year?  They could've easily carried a 3rd QB and made Willis inactive on game days.

Because they wanted to play him as a skill player

There was plenty of TE/WR options that we dont need to break the bank for that we didnt go after. And young guys drafted cant be expected to do too much.  There's still contracts that could be reworked but it appears none of those guys are willing.

So its obviously a rebuilding year... which wastes another 1 for sure and possibly 2 years of RTs time here before we are good again... while he's also contemplating quitting on the team.

So its frustrating. Go in harder or fully reset. Use the QB/RB money thats here now to get younger players at other positions and go find that QB when you can. If you are going to be mediocre and you know it, there's smarter places to spend money to fill out the roster for the future of the team.

ABT is very real. The ridiculous scenarios and mental gymnastics they pulled to figure out any way to get rid of Tannehill were comical at best.

It's even funnier NOW.  Since FA has more or less passed and the Titans had zero interest in all the other alternatives/scenarios that were brought up here.
