Thought this was funny:

Ran not paying these deals is more of a good sign than bad

LOL

They gotta sign someone here who has played outside and can catch passes here. They can't really expect two WR to make rookie impacts.   They need someone/anyone better than NWI who can take up snaps here.  Trade/signing it doesn't matter.

If they don't sign an outside receiver I would have to think they're strongly considering Chig outside in some 2 and 3 WR sets.

Right now, every deal in the market is a prove it deal....and the opportunity for PT as a 2 versus a 3 or 4 somewhere else is a factor too.

Everyone left on the market is a total spare too though. Best options are Callaway, Richie James, and Zacchaeaus

Yes... and the Titans are at a severe disadvantage because of the offense they run. They prolly needed to overpay a bit early on on a 3-4 year deal with an easy out after 2 years to entice a WR to sign. Doing so would have been extremely risky because the FA WR class this year is terrible.

At this point, just hoping the Jets decide to release Corey Davis now that they signed Lazard and Hardman. I would be down to sign him back (if he wants to), even if he only plays 10 games. He is actually a capable starting WR. Not many of those left in the current market.

Unless the Jets cut Corey Davis (and I’d be fine signing him to start), we are drafting a WR in round 1 or maybe 2 to start.
