I have Douglas graded as a fifth-round pick, but it would not surprise me if he sneaked into the fourth."  Round 4 103) Chicago Bears 104) Houston Texans 105) Arizona Cardinals 106) Indianapolis Colts 107) New England Patriots (from L.A. OzTitan
Weren't there actual mock writers who had Willis going as early as 2nd to the Lions last draft? the hype was pretty amazing this time last year, no surprise amateurs/fans get caught up in it because they usually get informed by mock drafts rather than do any real scouting. Â Well you trust those who you believe have consistent legitimate sources. Sometimes theyre right (Trey Lance). Sometimes they're wrong (Malik Willis). This is irrelevant. Mock writers get paid to drive content. They are just as bad at predicting as many fans but at least they usually are within the ball park because they copy all of the people who actually did put in the work and rumors always come out which start to heavily influence - hence prospects "falling and rising".  Fans can say whatever they want - it's the beauty of being a fan. It's when douchebags pretend like they are more than just a fan speculating - when they have an ego the size of Texas about it - and still have these incredibly stupid takes. THAT is when they deserve to be mocked for it.  I applaud any fan for having an opinion and being willing to put it out there to be challenged by others. I mock the pretend wannabes.
