It's weird watching all the people who said Phillips was just too small last year and blame his size for his injuries suddenly be OK with taking even smaller guys much earlier in the draft.

If Carthon is desperate to trade for a WR he should be looking at the Broncos guys Jerry Jeudy and Courtland Sutton, both are in the "younger" age profile the Titans have been looking for this offseas

This is the kind of deep speed we need

What I would do would be to take one of the more physical WR (Mingo) first, maybe in the 2nd.  Then go draft the speedy smurf type later on.

Good lord. The last thing we need is this guy getting hyped into the second. It was bound to happen in a class full of midgets though.

Im perfectly fine taking him in the 2nd. If you wait until the 3rd same thing is going to happen as in 2021 when we waited, panicked, ended up with Dez Fitzpatrick, and then because we did that we further panicked and were dumb enough to trade the capital and cap space for broke down Julio Jones.

Both alternatives suck because he's not really a pick #41 level talent. That's what worries me about this receiver class; it's feeling like we're gonna have to either reach or miss out entirely.

What is better (or less awful): taking Johnston at 11 or Mingo at 41?

Xavier Hutchinson is the perfect WR for this team. Highly productive in a bad offense last season..Freshman QB, Freshman RB behind a young OL.

ISU always tries to establish the run first, and their WRs are expected to be good blockers, and X certainly did that. Big time leader on a young team, not sure how high he will go, but if he is there in the 3rd I hope he is a Titan.
