Remember way back when covid had just become a thing and the NFL put all kinds of protocols in place like contact tracing and quarantine requirements?  Then someone on the Titans broke the protocols and a shit ton of Titans players tested positive and the NFL hated us?  Remember that? 

 

This Todd Downing motherfucker was the one who first broke those protocols when he had a birthday party for his kid with a bunch of other parents and kids.  Then he became typhoid Mary in BSP.  That eventually went away when the rest of the NFL caught covid, but this DWI arrest is at least strike 2.
