It doesn't mean he'll take a snap for the Titans. But it's a good move nonetheless. Maybe it pushes Tannehill. Maybe he shows that he truly can be the guy in 2023. We finally agree on something. The idea Willis is the QBOTF is laughable. If he grows into an NFL starter great.
