NFLN Tom Pelissero mentioned 3 guys the Texans will be targeting Brian Flores, Brian Daboll and Leslie Frazier.

 

Then there is this which seems to indicate Leslie Frazier turned the Texans down last year.

Because Pep Hamilton developed Mills into a top flight starter.  If Mills was on Indy or TN they both would have better records.  I really really like this kid.  He had no talent around him and played lights out.  Go back and watch the Charger game or the NE game.  Mills played well.
