But he hasn't proven a major liability yet sand had some positive contributions. Interested to see where it goes from here. Mythos27

Cruik is likely the better man coverage player if he can be consistent and stay healthy. titanskick8851
SleepingTitan
Appears to be common across the league, and I'm glad we're dealing with it now. Late bye, easier front end schedule. We have a lot to be thankful for, depth wise, on the defense and receiver side. I'm more concerned about the offensive line. Getting these 2nd string "next man up" guys meaningful reps in games could be huge down the stretch. 17 games is gonna be a long season. cenj
AJB, JJones, Marcus Johnson...top 3 WRs not playing against a divisional opponent? Yeah, it's an issue. Then add back up RB (Evans), TE (Firkser). That's a lot of skill positions to be down. The result is that we continue overloading Henry which could wear him down before playoffs. Tannehill + inferior opponents = margin for error. But they need guys to heal. It's not just healing from the injuries -- it takes a bit to get into game shape. We saw that week 1. The offense needs to gel too. We made a ton of mistakes yesterday and still won, which is great, and the schedule is manageable until Buffalo. And we have a terrible division and will probably win by default. So again, there's a margin for error...but if we want to win playoff games, we'll need these guys. Bongo59
Just remember last years bye in Cincy. Jets and Jags won't lay down just like the Bengals did not. Blackjack

Popular Post BudsOilers
Use the weaker part of the schedule to let depth players get experience and heal up the vets. Mythos27
I would say I am somewhat concerned at most. We're fortunate that we're getting hit with these early on and have a chance to heal up a bit before the tougher stretch.
