Everyone was bad last season (on defense, obviously), but he was quite possibly the worst, and definitely the biggest disappointment (setting aside Adoree, who didn't play). Evans has actually been pretty bad as a Titan in general outside of a few highlight goal line plays. He wasn’t great, but he definitely wasn’t a massive liability like he was every single game last year. He also showed up in big spots in the 2 playoff wins. You’re right, they totally miscast him last year. He isn’t a read and react LB. Hes never done it before, and he doesn’t have the lateral agility for it in the first place.
