The House of Representatives has canceled its Thursday session after the U.S. Capitol Police said it is aware of a threat by an identified militia group to breach the Capitol complex that day.

The Senate plans to remain in session on Thursday to debate amendments to the COVID-19 relief bill.

March 4 is a significant date for far-right conspiracy theorists who believe that former President Donald Trump will return to power on that day. Presidents were inaugurated on March 4 until 1933, after which the 20th Amendment to the Constitution moved the date to Jan. 20.

In a statement issued Wednesday, the Capitol Police, which was heavily criticized for its handling of the Jan. 6 insurrection, said it had "obtained intelligence that shows a possible plot to breach the Capitol by an identified militia group on Thursday, March 4."

I'm a sceptic.  The last time they had a sitting president out there stirring them up and urging them to go the Capitol.  If there is a group tomorrow, it won't have the Q Crazies and the Trump diehards.   Unless there are 100's of buses on the way, they do not have half the numbers as January 6.

Who needs March 4th when you believe Trump is secretly running the government?  Of course, they are complaining of the things Biden has done, but, yeah.

It just keeps getting crazier.  I'm sure many, or some at least, have abandoned it.  But the ones hanging in there....expect the crazy to just continue getting worse.

After the inauguration of Joe Biden on Jan. 13, some QAnon supporters turned in the towel and admitted to falling prey to the elusive and dangerous conspiracy theories. Others, however, continue to stoke the power of Q and bend the theories to their will, most recently involving the day of March 4, 2021. And perhaps not so coincidentally, room prices at Trump International Hotel in D.C. are $1,000 more than their standard prices for the date.

As the most recent Q fable goes, QAnon followers are convinced that in 1871, the United States was secretly turned into a corporation, and Ulysses S. Grant was the last legitimate president, who was inaugurated on March 4 of that year. Being that Grant was the 18th president, they're deducing that Trump will therefore be the 19th. (Yes, it's a head-scratcher.)

Forbes first reported that room rates for March 4 surged to $1,745 for a standard room with two queen-sized beds at the shortly after Jan. 6. On the eve of the big date, the room prices listed are still well above $1,000. And the weekend after March 4, however, prices are back down to $745, 180% above the typical rate of a D.C. hotel rate in February or March. It's typical for hotels to bump up their prices for holiday weekends, major sporting games, or, apparently, other events like an insurrection of the U.S. Capitol.

During the Jan. 6 attack on the capitol, Forbes reported that the hotel rates were a staggering $7,500 to $8,000 a night, nearly triple the nightly rate of $2,200 that the hotel was charging during the inauguration seven days later.

Yeah, but they got a golden Trump statue to worship.  Totally worth it.

The Q inauguration day failed, but don't worry, there is always a Hillary Clinton being arrested story to distract them from reflecting on another failed prediction.

The article alleges that the arrest took place on the night of March 2nd and was orchestrated by former President Donald Trump. It claims Clinton was arrested on charges of “treason, destruction of government property, and aiding and abetting the enemy,” and that documents showed she was implicated “in plots to assassinate Republican legislators across the country.”

“a source in Trump’s orbit” in   saying Trump turned over supposedly incriminating evidence about Clinton that led to her arrest “under cover of darkness” by an eight-person team. Clinton was taken to an undisclosed location before she is to be moved to Guantanamo Bay to face a military tribunal, the website wrote in a post that was shared across social media, including on Facebook.
