Remember watching him his Junior year and really being excited about his Pro Prospects. No clue what happened to him during his senior year. We’ve had a really good history of developing unheralded and unknown TEs (Firkser/Pruitt), so I am interested to see Downing (and potentially Art Smith if he doesn’t take a HC job) work with him. Well he's big and is a solid but not elite blocker. And he is a good receiver, but not especially athletic. He doesn’t really have huge upside, but he is the kind of guy who can still make an NFL roster. All in all, he is a good guy to sign to a futures contract. Not sure why he didn’t stick in Atlanta but I’m glad to give him a chance in camp this year. tgo
tgo
Good pickups here, imo. Daylon Mack was my favorite NT the year he came out haha. The dude is 6'1, 350. Ideal zero technique for run downs, but probably still needs development. Edited Thursday at 09:26 PM by tgo AussieTitanFan08, and titanskick8851

We haven't had a BIG NT since we let Antwaun Woods go. If Mack can fill that role on run downs, I am all for it. tgo
