Trumpeter for sure. Have a two tiered membership for free and premium members. Premium members pay $2-3/month for an ad free experience. Free membership gets ads from clicksense and google ad sense, which would allow so many awful companies to advertise on the site, generating decent revenue. Meanwhile, all board posts are somehow readily submitted weekly to the FBI or something. Making money off the crazies AND getting them in custody? My kind of company. I feel there is an opportunity to really make money off of these losers for a few weeks/months will the look for a new lifeboat during their great diaspora. I've thought about some physical products.... they are soooo easy to farm for cash. You could troll them all day long. Half would eat it up and if anyone tries to call you out you just yell as loudly as possible and say they aren't a patriot or are Antifa. Then you find some way to sneak the text "ANTIFA" into whatever you sell them and a variety of other pointless messages and Q saying to confuse the fuck out of them and lead them on a chase... just waiting to reap more rewards as you walk them down different paths. titanthakur

Popular Post LongTimeFan
You guys truly are short sighted. Your hatred for Trump and anyone that supports him has no bounds. Parler was shutdown in 48 hrs because of some of its posters comments. Is Twitter deplatformed because some of its posters are assholes? No, they are given time to rid the platform of the posters. Did Twitter or Facebook get taken down when people organized for riots in the cities this past summer? What about the CHAZ zone where they actually took over property? Certainly there were people plotting and organizing this on Twitter and Facebook. Parler should have been notified by Apple or Google or AWS of the posters that caused the problem. Or are you saying all 10 million Parler users stormed the Capital? This will back fire in time. And you idiots are gleefully cheering this on not understanding how dangerous this is. Remember when you all cheered Harry Reid for getting rid of the 60 vote count for judges? How'd that work out for you? reo, IsntLifeFunny, WG53, and 3 others
IsntLifeFunny
Facebook and Twitter have been taken to account over their moderation. More needs to be put in place. Parlor literally refused to take the Terms of Service from Google, Apple, and Amazon seriously. They told their CEO they needed to moderate and they declined. Consequences of the free market. You know you can distance yourself from this, right? You don’t need to dig in and make these politicians some personal god. It’s an option to consider. All data from them is almost certainly now in law enforcement hands, and I hear some people verified their accounts by submitting driver license scans (not sure if that's part of the hack, but probably). Anything in private messages implicating illegal activity and they're fucked. Hilarious in particular that it was the crying about not being able to get verified on Twitter that would have inspired this poorly thought out feature. Remember when you all cheered Harry Reid for getting rid of the 60 vote count for judges? How'd that work out for you? Parlor hid behind the thinly veiled "free speech" excuse to not crack down on extremists on its platform because the extremists were fighting their cause. If you knew your Internet history, you'd know this is not new and many of the major platforms have had growing pains in what content they are responsible for and what measures they are expected to take. The key difference here is they weren't typically run by sympathizers of the extremists on their platforms, unlike Parlor who clearly are. And they weren't shutdown, they were told to get off a hosting service that believes that Parlor's inability and disinterest in removing illegal activity from its service violated its ToS. If they didn't plan for ToS violation for their infrastructure provider then they shouldn't have let it happen. We already know Parlor admins had access to even deleted data on the platform thanks to the hack - there are teams at FB and Twitter etc monitoring their platforms for abuse by terrorists and the likes. They obviously knew it, and it has bitten them. The problem for the 'muh free speech' MAGA folk is they're butting up against the will of the free market. No one wants their shit staining their hands once the true nature is revealed. ChemEngr79, and IsntLifeFunny
pat
The problem Parler faced is that the Capitol Riot illustrated a clear and present danger. Once the right started planning and executing a Civil War on Parler, it lost any and all benefit of the doubt. Parler and the Trump campaign badly screwed up. They had this "big tech free speech bs" seeded and ready, but didn't expect to be kicked off literally every platform under the sun. Now they have no platform, no influence, plus criminal and civil liability. titanruss

If one of you conservative assholes goes on a racist or violent tirade and Guru et al don't do something about it the provider that hosts this site has every right to shut us down if someone sues. That would suck for the overwhelming majority of us but as usual in life, a few assholes ruin it for everyone else. If Parler were moderating it's platform instead of allowing insurrectionists to hatch a plan they hoped would stop democracy they'd still be around. Even on this board there are limits and the limits are there to protect both the people who run it as well as the users that use it responsibly. You can't see that because your feelings are hurt and now that Trump is gone, your side can't run roughshod over the rest of us anymore. The right has been preaching about taking responsibility and consequences as long as I've been alive. Welp; welcome to consequences.
