I think people need to check their expectations when in comes to this guy. He has not been a difference maker to this point. I hope those that are saying he has turned the corner and can be a shutdown type of player are correct. I wonder if they’d rotate him in on certain drives, play him just in nickel, or just on 3rd down? I vaguely recall them doing something like that in the past. It just shows how weak the secondary has been to start the season-whether that can be attributed to pass rush is definitely debatable. I do think though that he'll allow the defensive calls to be a little more aggressive.
