It was a great feat for N.O. to beat the defending champions, but TB isn't as tough as their rep. They have lost two games and struggled in a couple of other games. Dallas took them to the wire at their home opener. I don't think any of those teams has done anything equal to the Titans Trifecta! Of course the Saints also beat the Packers by 5 TD's and are just one of two teams to beat the Bucs so far. But Tennessee will beat them easily week 10. In addition, the Chiefs and Colts are below .500 because they lost to the Titans. So the Titans success is what pushed them below .500. IowaOiler Posted November 8, 2021 Report Share Posted November 8, 2021 The team is going to have to adjust better, and I think that's mainly the coaching staff, which is still, IMO, pretty pathetic. We've had two of three games now where we've gotten big leads in the first half, just to shell up and be unable to score in the second after the other team makes adjustments. Opposing offenses will do what LA did in the second half, with bootlegs and moving the pocket to slow down our pass rush. They moved the ball well against us, but we were bailed out by penalties all game. It's obvious they had listened to the talking heads and thought it was going to be an easy win, and were sorely mistaken.
