Clearly Buck Reising was lying the other day when he said there had been zero contact all offseason....The Nashville Titans coverage is pathetic.

People are jumping to too many conclusions. Just wait and see how this plays out. It's crazy times

Some reactions to this tweet are just dumb. Saying that he probably wasn’t in the mood to call anyone due to the death of a person he’s close to. All it takes is a phone call or even a text. His agent could have delivered the message for him. There’s something else going on here.

Yeah.  If the death truly happened last week then he has several days to at least send a text to his agent and let him handle it.

Still should have called.

If this is the reason for his absence a lot of confusion could of been avoided with a simple phone call or text message either to the team or his agent.

Looking at the wording of JRob's statement i'm not even sure he told the team about this death in the family because there is no way the team releases a statement mentioning unexcused absence if it was for a player attending a family members funeral.

Questionable at best.

Funerals are considered high risk events in terms of spreading covid-19 if Beasley did attend a funeral it might be wise to make him quarantine for 10 days before letting him enter the facility, that is assuming he actually reports to camp.

Well he will have to go through testing so if he is positive they will make him quarantine. But I’m sure he will have a short quarantine regardless until test results come through.
