"Low to moderate confidence" isn't a ringing endorsement that it didn't happen.

In intelligence parlance, moderate confidence means the information is plausible and credibly sourced, but not quite corroborated enough to merit a higher rating.

Low confidence means the analysis was based on questionable or implausible information — or information too fragmented or poorly corroborated to make solid inferences. It can also reflect problems with the credibility of the sources.

sorry...had to share this one

Shouldn't he be firing the people responsible for not notifying him? Oh that's right, they told him and he's a liar

It's hilarious that Trump supporters are using OJ Simpson logic to defend Trump. Well, they couldn't prove he murdered his wife and because he never admitted it, he didn't do it. Crowing about moderate confidence information not proving something is someone desperately looking for a win.

BTW, because Manafort was more afraid of the ramifications of double crossing the Russians than the US justice system and knowing he had a Trump pardon in his back pocket, doesn't mean he was not involved in some shady business with the Russians. So, again, the OJ defense that they couldn't prove it and he didn't admit it means it didn't happen.

In other news:  Trump blamed China for the 2020 cyber attack while Biden imposed sanctions on Russia.

Donald Trump has hit out at Secretary of State Mike Pompeo for blaming Russia for the huge cyber attack on the US.

Tagging Pompeo, the president tweeted Saturday that China was behind the unprecedented hack on US government agencies and private sector firms, after the Secretary of State said on Friday that the Kremlin was to blame.

This probably didn't happen and it's OK to admit it.

You will draw fire from all the crazies who refuse to admit anything but deflect with trite comments and insults.

This probably did happen, but if Biden is looking for something to raise a stink about with Russia he's got more obvious stuff like the Solarwinds hack.

The difference is Trump would always look the other way no matter what.

They still have no evidence it actually happened and they’re now saying they’re not very confident in their intel so what makes you think bounties happened?

?

They aren’t even saying there’s evidence but it’s classified. They are saying there’s no evidence of bounties so far.
