You heard multiple offensive players talk about how much of a change it was once Tannehill took over in regards to his assertiveness in the huddle and the command he had.    Mariota was clea

Former Dolphin fan browsing and had to reply about this BS hack piece.  It was about a Saturday practice before a London game.  Those are called walk throughs.  A practice squad guy was jumping routes

Tannehill was really exceptional and elite last year and it gets glossed over by some of the dullards and idiots in the media who say it's only because of Henry etc..

Yep.  Arguably the most disrespected QB in the NFL right now.  The contract he got shows the Titans believe in him and that's really all that matters.

Hopefully Tannehill is considering returning to Nashville shortly so he can start working out with the bulk of the teams skill position players, it's a bit strange to have the backup QB running the offseason throwing sessions a couple of times a week with the likes of Brown/Davis/Humphries/Firkser and a bunch of the UDFA WR.

There's certainly a case to be made that DH helped him a good bit, ya, but his individual technical performance was on another level.

The case to be made should be that DH took off because RT took over at QB.-I think you may agree. They became a two headed monster, but lots of good things happen when it starts with a competent staring QB.

I think a lot of it is attributed to our system for now at least. If he starts repeating it and is dominant like this for the rest of his career he'll get some respect. Homestly he'd probably have to keep playing well and win multiple Super Bowls to actually be respected.

He has a track record of always being on the cusp of being good but never achieving it. He did it for 10 games last year, but it was in an offense that relies on the run and the threat of the run to open up the pass game.

QBs in a run heavy scheme always take longer to get respect. Also given he was in the league for years and was basically considered a bust when we got him it's no surprise at all that people are glossing over him.

Think Russell Wilson, except without the Super Bowl win and instead of being a rookie he had 7 years of disappointment. It took a few years as people slowly got on board with Wilson. Some still aren't even now!

Hmmm..... the backup QB is the one holding workouts.  What ever happened to the alpha male leading the team?  @Number9

Tanny is a recognized badass starter, unlike the candyass starter we had last year at this time.  So, he's allowed to let his flunkies handle things when he's relaxing.
