Could easily see some teams doing it from home in the future or atleast incorporating way more of what we saw this year Certainly sounds like that there will be a lot less travel involved in the pre-draft process, I still think we will see the core decision makers still drafting from the teams facility going forward though. Honestly it’s well past time for this. Video chats are insanely easy and there is no travel involved. Sometimes they want to do workouts so it needs to be in person, but just doing player interviews is perfect for this.
Omar
IMO you absolutely take the risk and pick up Davis 5th year option. This kid still has a ton of potential, we know he was injured last season, and the QB play has been not good through his tenure. Like I said before if comes out and has an allpro year then it could be worth it. At least to make sure we could trade him. Outside of something crazy like that it is a hard no on it. No1TitansFan
The only risk for the 5th year option is a season ending injury this year leaves you on the hook for a player who can't play next year; the issue here is that Davis does have a significant injury history which makes it a big risk. tgo

Titansffaan
How great could this draft could have been if they would have exercised Conklin’s 5th year option? Could have taken Blacklock to replace Casey. After trading up to get him and being all pro his rookie season ...giving up on Conklin might be JRob’s biggest mistake. Don’t do it again with Davis! He’s a solid #
Supernope
At $15M we can find a replacement for Davis's two TDs a season. He's got Hunter production.

He could easily have far and away his best season and still not be worth $15M a year. I think moving forward teams will work more efficiently.
