Explain how it would work and give some hypothetical examples. For instance, 100 people are in a grocery store. Only 1 of them has the virus. How do you differentiate between those who came within a potential area of infection and those who did not? I actually wouldn't be as concerned that I was close to anyone infected (unless they were coughing and such) as I would having touched something they left their cooties on. I'd prefer an infection map, that shows places of gathering having an infected person recently. Say over the past 3-5 days. You want an effective stay at home order? Have an app that will tell you that.
