They couldn't run in 2003, they actually leaned on McNair to overcome all the 3rd downs George put them in.    This current Titans team throws to get a lead then struts Henry out there and s

Get er done JRob.

The spirit of the post is that Tannehill was unremarkable and had done nothing noteworthy before pairing up with Henry which is demonstrably true. Henry knew what it was like to carry a team in a play

Say anything else about the Titans @AussieTitanFan08

About halfway through it now, they did discuss the possibility of Clowney joining the Titans and that the rest of the AFC should be concerned if the Titans added Clowney, Miller's brother a Chiefs fan admitted he wouldn't be happy if the Titans added Clowney.

Adding Clowney and Logan Ryan back would make TN a serious contender if they stay healthy

The fact he signed the tender IMO is Henry acknowledging he won't get any more than that on a long term deal APY.  The TRUTH part is that the market absolutely won't pay that.

In dullard terms, think of it like this.....

IMO you're an idiot.  It also happens to be true.

You're welcome :)

Hes not acknowledging shit.

If he doesn't sign the tender and the season gets cancelled he's just a dude without a job...like almost everyone else.

If he's acknowledging anything it's that the Titans aren't willing to pay him what he wants which isn't really all that unexpected. I'm sure if he had a choice he would've opted to go into free agency rather than accept the tag so I'm not sure how him signing the tag necessarily means he knows that the tag is his peak earning potential.

How so?  His only leverage play would be to hold out and facilitate a trade to a team that in theory would pay him more than the Titans or the tag on a per year basis.  Of course, that doesn't exist.  No RB is going to get a monster deal in this market.  Hence, the logical play is to take he guaranteed $ 10.2 M.

"It's obviously the only logical option!  ...once you take into account multiple assumptions that make my argument better."

Teams like the Cowboys, Jaguars, and Redskins exist that have histories of doing odd things.  You claiming that "No team" and "no RB" as factual statements is completely overblown.

Now, is it likely?  Probably not.

See the difference?  This isn't some HOT TAKE channel where you are attempting to drive clicks or ratings.

Wrong.  It's not even an argument.  Nobody is paying Henry a monster "Zeke like" contract AND trade picks for him too.  The only team that ever would have put the tag on him.

Henry has a few problems. The recent RBs with big contracts have all seriously underperformed or completely flopped. David Johnson, Gurley and Elliott.

The other problems is while Henry is an utterly awesome physical freak and beast of a runner he's still a one dimensional runner and no threat in the passing game.
