Did he say he was running for the senate because of a stuttering issue?
Did he mix up his sister and his wife because of a stuttering issue?

Did he say to go to Joe30330 because of a stuttering issue?

Did he claim to get arrested in South Africa because of a stuttering issue?

Did he say kids should listen to the victrola every night because of a stuttering issue?

Did he say any miner can learn to be a computer coder because of a stuttering issue?

Did he try to put his wife's fingers in his mouth because of a stuttering issue?

It isn’t because of his stutter. He acts like a senile old man at times. I just hope he doesn’t embarrass himself badly enough during the campaign that people can’t bring themselves to vote for him.

Both candidates have these issues and both sides can play similar ads about the other.  Politically, it's a push and no one is talking about it with the coronavirus and the stock market dominating the news.

As long as Biden doesn't do or say something totally bonkers I agree it will be a complete no issue

However you;d like to think the Dem candidate would have it as a strength rather than a tie in terms of being old senile and in a declining state

True enough.  Biden has to come up with a general election message.  I'm the most electable is a primary message against his democratic competitors.  He has to have something else for the general that is appropriate to the political environment which is changing quickly.  His VP pick now takes on even more importance. He has to have someone that passes the commander-in-chief test.

Fortunately for Joe, keep America great as a message is ludicrous right now.
