They would still have to pick a rebuttal for 'stop and frisk'. You can't pivot away from it.

Either say it was bad and racist policy and a mistake or say it was never racist to begin with.

Either is a tough sell and so far, sorta kinda implying both arguments makes either tougher to believe.

He's explaining his position and he does need to get his explanation out there now before S. Carolina and super Tues.  Trump is on record as saying the same thing in one of his debates with HRC.

Black VP.  Kamala Harris could validate him on criminal justice issues.

Ummmmmm........No.

Kamala has her own issues on criminal justice in the black community, not that it's warranted, but it's there.

Black turnout in Milwaukee, Detroit and Philly is essential.  It's one of the factors that cost HRC.

So which is it? The black vote? Bernie bros? What? You guys will blame anyone but those responsible.

Maybe the blame should be placed on Hillary for running a shit campaign and the DNC for forcing her on everyone.

Multiple factors

Yes.

Booker aligns well with everyone but Bernie.

I think Booker would align fine with Bernie, but I don’t see him leaving his senate seat to be a VP candidate for anyone.
