NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) - No Titans fan was happy about Sunday's loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship. But one fan handled it worse than most when he allegedly pulled out a gun in a barbershop and threatened to kill the people inside.

According to Metro Police, Timothy Douglas, 44, was wearing a Titans jersey as he walked into a barbershop at 3041 Dickerson Pike at around 5:10 p.m. just as the team was wrapping up its 35-24 loss to the Chiefs on Sunday. Witnesses say he was angry about the game and entered the barbershop with his middle finger raised. He then began to point a gun at employees inside the barbershop.

Douglas allegedly pointed the gun in one man’s face, then in the general direction of other employees and told them “I don’t play, and I’ll kill every one of you.”

Douglas then left the barbershop, and the employees called police.

The witnesses recognized Douglass because he’s a frequent customer to the business, and they were able to show his Facebook page to police for identification.

Douglas was arrested later that evening and charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon as well as additional gun charges for being a convicted felon in possession of a gun.

He was booked in the Davidson County jail on a bond of $70,000.
