Also specializes in corners while our other secondary guy Booker is a safeties guy.

Have to wonder how much he’d adapt for Pees since he’s a Seattle cover 3 guy, and whether he’d just be looking for his next gig. Not sure what the ego factor is with him, but he’s a bright and reputable coach.

Surely Richard waits for a DC job? He was getting plenty of buzz just a few weeks ago

There are only a couple more openings and I don't think he's a candidate for any of them.

Have seen some reports out of the Cowboys that Richard was a pretty abrasive character.

I like the notion that the Titans are team where coaches and players earn promotions.  That's how you sign the best players and coaches.

It was only a matter of time until they hired him away, as I said in the other thread.

My top options to replace him are:

Steve Wilks

Everett Withers

Kris Richard

Perry Fewell

Darren Perry

Jerry Gray

Tony Oden

We tried Jerry Gray twice I think. I think Perry Fewell would be good. I think he coached the Giants defense when they won the Superbowl. I could be wrong lol.
