AussieTitanFan08
With Coughlin out of the way the Jags seem confident they will be able to keep one of the best FA pass rushers off the market. tgo

Fair point, though, perhaps I overstated what Walker accomplished before getting hurt. japan

There is a growing trend across the NFL with teams essentially trying to bring forward the compensation picks they get for losing key free agents, has happened recently with the likes of Clowney/Ford/Landry. Its something JRob should consider doing with Conklin if he feels he won't be able to sign him long term. ChemEngr79, and tgo

That's the best way to rebuild the roster depth. Soxcat, freakingeek, and ChemEngr79
ctm
One other thing about the comp picks. The Titans could have a lot of guys hit free agency including, Conklin, Ryan, Mariota, A. Johnson, Correa, Sharpe, Sims, Pruitt, Kelly and a few others. That means that the Titans can both sign some mid-level free agents to fill holes and still get 4 comp picks in 2021. That would also put JRob in a position to trade away a 2021 pick to move up and select a guy he really wanted this year. Bulluck4dmvp

I'll agree that 2021 may see a comp pick or two for the first time in years but there's no way they are getting comp picks of any consequence unless Conklin, Henry, and/or Tannehill leave whole signing top of market deals...... Part of the comp pick formula is reportedly the original draft slot and contract of the player. Mariota and Ryan will bring picks.
