It is embarrassing sometimes when Titan fans are this ignorant about football.  Even Romo stated the fact Tannehill only threw for those low amounts the first two playoff games proves how good our team is.  Tannehill didn't have to.  Comments like the "talent level is going to sink" are shockingly stupid as well.  We just played a whole season with our backup QB making $20 mil a year.  Teams with good QBs have to pay them.  Doesn't mean the entire team has to suffer.

Tannehill is capable of throwing the ball to win and has done that when he needed to.  We do not have the level of play makers like the Chiefs have so as good as Mahommes is he also has the best group of playmakers in the league.   Davis can't get open when single covered.  He is the issue IMO.  The defense can put their #2 CB on him and it is like they have Dion Sanders taking that side away.   Then their best CB plays Brown.

So yea, if we want to be more pass oriented we do need an upgrade at one WR spot IMO.   But Tannehill can still do it.  Tannehill is still our best option.  It is close to complete ignorance thinking we can draft one of these QBs, outside of Burrow, and have a better QB under center.  On top of that we pick at the end of the first round.

Some of the comments are so ridiculous it is hard to even answer them.  Who else is as good as Mahommes?  Who comes close?  Rodgers?  Dumb comment.

First of all Tannehill didn't play that much less of a game than Mahommes.  He had more pressure on him and his WRs weren't getting as good of separation.

But the dumbest thing is thinking we can get a better QB picking where we pick in the draft.  That is fing insane logic.

Then saying he is 31, like he is a RB or something is ridiculous.  He easily has 5 more good years left.  He is in his prime.

Thirdly, we can sign him and not blow whatever draft picks we would need to blow to draft a comparable guy.  We just made it within 11 points of the SB.

Not sure anyone beats the Chiefs at home the way they were playing.  They were like a machine.  Of course our late seaon pick up off waivers geve up a long TD pass which basically kept us from having a legit chance at the end.

Makes way more sense to sign Tannehill and support players like Henry and use draft picks to upgrade the team even more on defense.

Our best WR was a rookie.  Brown will get even better.   Humphries was decent today but not what he could have been if not coming off an injury.

Davis needs to be replaced with a guy with more big play ability and speed.  He is too easy to guard.

Really?  You are seriously this dumb?  Tannehill was #1 in the league in yards per attempt while having one of the highest completion %s.

Moron, he was making fun of you.

Stupid comment, but expected.  First of all, can Alex Smith not do the exact same thing?  Derek Carr?  Of course they can.  Tannehill will never beat Mahomes, Watson or Jackson consistently ever.  You need to find a QB that can, whether this year or next.  But you don’t sign a long term contract with a player because he is better than what you had.  The purpose of this game is to win the Super Bowl.  Settling for a mediocre QB and hoping that he can accomplish that is as stupid as your comment.

Dude Tannehill was not the problem today...

Nor was he the solution. We absolutely have to resign him, but at some point we are going to have to draft for the long term future. Henry was shut down today and it was too much for Tannehill to do on his own. But absolutely not putting this loss on Tannehill.

As much as I hate to say it, I think Davis gets moved for draft capital.

He had some big plays, but I think we could live without him if it helped us move up in the draft or we got a player that could be a game changer for us in exchange.

Ok, which one is out there that you can either sign or draft?  Give me a specific name.

Man you guys turn on a dime.

Come on you knew this was coming.  It’s the same as some random week 5 loss.  A loss is a loss and the board is the same after every one of them.  And unless they win the Super Bowl it was bound to end with this kind of reaction.

Some of us are able to handle the loss better than others.

Let them have time to grieve.

Everyone could probably use a few days away from here to let the dust settle.

We'll all be back to shit talking each other and getting hyped for the draft before we know it!!

I fucking hate this board sometimes.

Hero last week.  Donkey dung this week.  Tanny is what he is.  Posts the last two week about how great his 200 yards total were in two games were wrong and now posts insinuating he's not the right guy this week are just as wrong.  Tanny can run the offense we are running, but he can't play toe to toe with Mahomes.  Look at the Titans target and look at KC's targets.  They don't have to throw passes to OL or have the RB throw at the GL.  They have playmakers for that.

Very low down on the need list.

Not at all. Lewis is horrid. We need a Kamara type back to help in the passing game. Speaking of, the passes behind the LOS were just awful.
