To put it in perspective, the most recent game, the Chiefs gave up 44 yards to Hyde.

You realize Hyde only ran 13 times right? Derrick Henry is going to have triple the attempts.

You do realize the patriots had one of the best defenses of all time this season right? He ran over them like a monster truck. Then the ravens stacked the box all game long and still couldn’t stop him. What exactly is Suggs going to do stop him.

I don’t expect another 180 yard game but I bet he grinds out about the same ypc average and probably 130-160 yards.

What this dumbass Chiefs fan doesn't realize is that the OL is playing at an elite level in the run game. It reminds me of the 91 hogs. They are dominate right now.

Dominant (hint). John Riggins redeaux. After practice the hogs and Riggo would go to a special place and drink beer. No one else was invited.

The Pats had an above average defense that looked 'great' because they got to play a weak schedule that included the Bengals, the Redskins, the Giants, the Dolphins x 2.  They also lost to that same Dolphins team at home the week before the Titans beat them.   If the Pats were put in the AFC South who played the NFC South and the AFC West.   Or they were put in the AFC West, who played the toughest schedule featuring the AFC South and the NFC North, or you put them in the AFC North who played the AFC East (only once) and the NFC West... and the Pats are a 9-7 team at best.

And, if you look at the teams they played offensively, they got 32 x 2.  They got 31.  They got 30.  They got 27x2.  They got 26.  They got 24 x 2.  They got 23 and they got 22.  So, 11 of their 16 regular season games came against the bottom of the league in offense.  Of course they looked great.

They lost to every good team they played.  The Bills, BTW were not a good team.  They just fattened up on basically the same weak schedule that the Pats had.  And, the Eagles were not good,  they got to play the pathetically weak NFC East twice and the nearly as weak AFC East once.  And,  when the Pats played them with all the injuries.

I try to look past the statistics to see who they got that record against and the Pats fattened up on a lot of really bad teams.  When they played a good team, they lost.

You wanna talk About scheduling look who the Chiefs have played since the Titans. A bunch of scrub QBs and the easiest schedule in the NFL. Yet during that time the Chiefs still had the worst run defense in the league.
