Longest fg is 51 yards 1/2 from 50+ 5/7 from 40-49 yards. 11/11 from 20-39 yards. However, I’m happy with the Joseph signing. If you asked me who I would want to make a kick with the season on the line, I’d much rather have Joseph than Parkey just due to Parkey’s history. I always have thought that the majority of kicking is mental anyway. The kickers that circulate on and off of NFL teams likely all have the ability to knock down almost 100% of their <45 yarders if they are on an empty practice field (I would not say that Succop could do this off his injury). It’s just a matter of having the confidence to do it in game. Look at Roberto Aguayo for example. Guy had objectively the best pedigree of any kicker coming out since Sebas. The kickers get way too much blame placed upon them and people don't realize how important all the other factors are (i.e. snap, hold, blocking, piece of turf being kicked from, the timing of it all, etc.). charleytolar 1 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
