Hate it for Tua as he seems like a genuinely good kid.   This injury has massive ramifications for the 2020 Draft.

LOL, hopefully his career is over.   These Polynesians are the weakest most brittle beta males in history

Injured top of the first round talent?    JROB:

I'm fine taking Tua in the 1st and re upping tanne for 3 years 70mm ish

This would be dumb as fuck. If we keeping tanny we trying to win the division next year. We need an interior lineman or a legit pass rusher in the first

This topic should be in the college football or draft forums. I started one in the draft forum.

Usually on big stuff like this we'll start the thread here and then move it over after a few days. Just not as many eyes in those other forums and it's easy for people to miss.

The Titans aren't a good enough team that has the luxury of taking a guy in the 1st round and putting him on the bench for 2 years.

IMO...if a team any question at all at the QB position and there’s an opportunity to grab a potentially elite QB prospect, they should grab him no matter what.   The QB position is that important....it trumps  all other considerations.

When Aaron Rodgers and Philip Rivers were drafted, they sat for what ....2-3 years before seeing meaningful playing time?  I seriously doubt the Packers and Chargers have any regrets.

Discussed his injury w some ortho colleagues today who know the team taking care of Tua.... the hip dislocation is associated with a 15% incidence of avascular necrosis of the femoral head.(the injury that ended Bo Jackson's NFL career).. the acetabular fracture can result in arthritis of the hip, but undoubtedly the ortho doctor at UT Houston is considered one of the finest traumatologist orthopods in the country..it may have required some plates, etc but should heal, hopefully with a smooth surface..if there is any good news it was his right hip IIRC, which since he is a lefty, is not the main power source on the throws..

Good job with the info. I would not draft him.
