He's been a dumb fuck on 4th downs for the most part since he had that one game of success versus the Eagles. Either go for it with your offense or kick the fucking FG. He's lucky the incompetent refs blew the whistle early to wipe out a sure TB go ahead touchdown. Their 12% conversion rate ranks #31 in the league, trailing only the Packers (0-2 on 4th down). Last year his decision making and game planning was actually well-regarded.
