At first I thought this play was just Jonnu making a great play by gaining 30+ yards on a 2-yard dump-off....and that was certainly part of it as he breaks 3-4 tackles and gets huge YAC. But re-watching the play, Firkser, Jennings, and Lewis aren't running routes...they're strictly running interference and setting up blocks as Smith comes across from the opposite side of the field. It's effectively a well-designed, well-executed TE screen disguised as something completely different.
