Week 7: Chargers @ Titans Game Thread

To me the REAL coaching failure in this game was on the Chargers for not letting Rivers throw it.  The Titans could not stop him at the end.  So either he throws a TD or throws it away but it would have guaranteed them 3 shots at it and then they'd have been able to kick the FG.  Or even 4 shots at it as they literally needed a yard.

They did throw it. The Chargers got a false start and then Butler got the DPI that put them back on the 1 yard line.

"...as the only teams to achieve this fear in the past decade"

That might be a typo, but it fits better than the original word would have. Fear these Tennessee Tyrants.

better team won, defense is trash while the offense is better it's not explosive at all

Correct. Simmons and Casey are absolute monsters, and Woodyard is one of the most underrated players we’ve ever had on our roster.

Unless he is trying to cover Ekeler lined up wide...

Cover 2 man with a LB against a double move doesn’t work out too well most of the time if the safety doesn’t get over.

Have t got to keep up with everything today. What happened to Jayon Brown?

He's still recovering from last week's groin injury.

That was at the 6 yard line.  I meant at the 1.  Running it took away at least 1 play, even if not for the TDs that weren't.

He would have found someone.  He had 3 plays, maybe 4 to do it.

Brown is hurt. He would normally be in that spot.
