chef
Great to have him back, but isn't it reasonable to expect some rust? Timing, (game) conditioning etc? Just saying it may take a game or two to get back into the routine. A very different question: if he had been out there, how different is our record? We beat Indy maybe?? titanruss
Tomachek
How many snaps does it take before Lewan gets his first penalty? DCTitan, helimachoptor, TNTitans, and 1 other
Popular Post TF_Titan
That's a pretty direct swipe at Kelly...even though I'm sure he didn't really mean it that way. Basically..."Step aside scrub and let a real LT take over." Now...he's 100% correct...but still... The chippers were the result of coaching decisions I'm sure, so the biggest beneficiaries of this will be Humphries and the TE group. The guys Smith and Vrabel tasked with the chips. titanruss, NashvilleNinja, and DecepticonShawn 1

We beat Indy maybe?? There might be, but Nate Davis hadn't played since last year. Almost no camp, no preseason action, and missed first three games. Outperformed Douglas in pass pro. The line is getting huge shots in the arm in week 4 and week 5. 4 minutes ago, TitanDuckFan said: Only if Kelly requested the help, or proved he was unreliable without it. TheBukafax
This isn’t a swipe at Kelly lol. I’m sure Kelly knows who he is and knows who Lewan is.
Popular Post efus50
I personal think Lewan should shut his mouth and go to work and block his man when called on to do that OILERMAN, TeamRamrod, Tormentedrose, and 7 others 8
Justafan
Letting Humphries and the TEs get out in space more and not having to worry about that left side could be a very large boon to the offense. I think people lack appreciation for just how valuable a high level LT can be for an offense. StephenIsLegend

tgo
And actually, even more importantly, it will help in the screen game and run game with how athletic Lewan is. NashvilleNinja

Not saying a semi-rusty Lewan isn't a big upgrade, just that he might not be his best version right out of the gate. But on bright side, he might be that much healthier. 11 minutes ago, efus50 said: I personal think Lewan should shut his mouth and go to work and block his man when called on to do that If I read it correctly, it was L Ryan who was quoted not Lewan. Lewan saying that to him in the locker room vs the media is a very different animal. Though maybe Ryan should have not passed that on. And though would be kinda lame, I could see the Buffalo Dline trying to use it as motivation. And never like giving the other team any juice there.
