Little Earl Report post Posted September 26 Wow, more fake new coming from our leftist media. Last night ABC News released an article claiming that an advisor to the Ukrainian president said that discussing the Biden probe was a condition for the phone call. Fake. Turns out the guy was not an advisor to the Ukrainian president and not a precondition for the phone call. The Washington Post ran a story yesterday claiming that Trump’s intel chief threatened to quit if he wasn’t allowed to testify to Congress. Fake. MaGuire debunked that one himself. Please give the facts that support your accusation. Ready, go. I have nothing new to offer if everything you've heard so far sounds just fine. I certainly have no illusions of convincing you otherwise nor am I particularly interested in trying. Simply put, the president used his office to ask a foreign president to look into the business ties of a political opponent he is likely to be facing in the 2020 general election. It's an abuse of power plain and simple. 5 rns90, Stranger, scine09, and 2 others reacted to this

Have other Presidents asked foreign powers for help in investigations? Or is it just because it was Biden?
begooode Report post Posted September 26 Republican Rep. Mike Turner said Thursday that the controversial conversation between President Donald Trump and Ukraine's President is "not OK," a notable comment as most of his colleagues remain largely defensive toward Trump after the House launched an impeachment inquiry. "I've read the complaint, and I've read the transcript of conversation with the President and the president of the Ukraine," Turner said during a House Intelligence Committee hearing with the acting director of national intelligence. "Concerning that conversation, I want to say to the President: This is not OK. That conversation is not OK." "I think it's disappointing to the American public when they read the (conversation's) transcript," the Ohio Republican said. ====== Rep. Will Hurd (Texas) on Thursday became the first GOP member of the House Intelligence Committee to say the allegations in the whistleblower complaint against President Trump should be further investigated. Hurd, a former CIA officer, also called for hearing directly from the whistleblower who made the complaint that Trump pressured Ukraine's leader to dig up dirt on former Vice President Joe Biden, the front-runner for the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination. "There is a lot in the whistleblower complaint that is concerning. We need to fully investigate all of the allegations addressed in the letter, and the first step is to talk to the whistleblower," tweeted Hurd, who is not seeking reelection in a swing district carried by Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton in 2016. When was the last time that you even heard of a US president (Republican or Democrat) do this type of shit. oldschool Report post Posted September 26 2 minutes ago, LongTimeFan said: Obama, then VP Biden. Read it. Biden was spearheading a multinational effort to get a useless prosecutor, who refused to clean up corruption, out of office in the ukraine. He did not do it with his political rival in mind nor is there any evidence it was done for personal reasons. If evidence comes out to the contrary that shows he did it for his son's benefit then investigate his ass. see the difference? 6 Mythos27, Justafan, MadMax, and 3 others reacted to this
