Are you leaving your house today? Did ODB make the other Giants WRs so good teams had to be scared of them? Did ODB make the other Giants WRs so good teams had to be scared of them? The answer is no. Landry put up almost 1000 yards as their top WR last year and averages 1000 a year. Now he isn’t even their top target. Landry isn’t a scary threat on his own. But when the Browns can roll out him and ODB and Njoku (fortunately Callaway will be suspended) then defenses have a lot to contend with. It’s similar to the old Jags WR corps. Having Jimmy Smith and McCardell both made them hard to defend. Number9

Popular Post Mythos27
Half this board was creaming itself when Landry was a free agent, now he's not worth respecting...I get it, a lot of people have prematurely over-hyped the Browns but that's not a good reason to do the opposite and down-play their talent level. They're a talented team, will likely have a good year, and they're going to be a very tough game in which we'll rightfully be the underdogs. I mean that's just on paper and there is a reason we actually play the games but as of now this is where we are. enigma, StephenIsLegend, Starkiller, and 3 others

And we know enough to trust in Pees. Vrabel has proven to some extent he can change week to week to get the job done. I also think having the off-season to go back and watch Mayfield and what they did when Kitchens took over as the OC will help opposing teams game plan for them much better. Watching some of Mayfield and Winston in that pre-season game and they were not very good. Winston looked awful.

TitanicoNFLriotFAN
Well, having to start playing against the NFL sensation, must be hard. And even it becomes more important to get the W, and in this case no matter how ugly. The team cannot be treated as in a rebuilding faze. This game is a test, and one in which they have to come out playing no-holds-barred.
