Trump approval rating - the details are much worse

Recommended Posts

ctm

Keep in mind that approval rating is not the same thing as % of the vote in a head to head election.  There will be voters who disapprove now and end up voting for him.

none of this matters if we dont have secure voting machines.

paper ballots with multiple vetted 3rd parties to ensure a clean count.

no real need for electric machines and definitely no machines connected to the internet in any way.

@thor ... whats so funny brah?

you're not a fan of finding the most fair and safest electoral process possible?

trumps own FBI appointees are stating that Russia is a threat that is daily trying to interfere with our voting process. .. other countries and groups have interest as well.  no matter what party, you want the most accurate elections.

if you dont... then you are a supporter of democracy

I do think there will be a large turnout of people who vote against Trump but I don't really trust these numbers either.  Has anyone been to Florida lately?  Count bumper stickers and tell me Trump is underwater.  I don't believe it.  We'll see though.

The Dems need to worry about putting a winnable candidate up against him.  The one way they can lose is the same way they lost in 2016.  Put up a loser and then complain about Bernie while assuming no one would dare vote for Trump.

The biggest issue is Trump has completely lost independants, 3 mill Trump voters voted straight Dem in the mid terms/

No one is going to complain about Bernie this time, he's not a true factor.

Trump is good bet to win Fla., it's full of old white senile assholes

I don't necessarily disagree with any of this but I also don't think Dems should underestimate Trump or Republicans in general who will likely vote in droves just to prove a point.

A good example of the Dem lunacy is the rejection of Trump's idea to not allow green card immigrants into the country unless they have a means of support and will not use welfare.  ahhhhhh, this has been the norm for decades.  Immigrants that have come to the US LEGALLY are going ballistic at the idea someone can sneak in be handed all these freebies.  A guy I work with had to verify his employment before his wife was allowed into the country and he absolutely hit the roof over this.

But here is the problem for Dems.  They underestimate the people that have strong feelings on this who side with Trump.  They assume the vast majority agree with them.  Just like the tards lifting their hands in agreement to giving all illegals free healthcare.  Do you numbskulls really think that stuff is to your advantage?  The libtards are polarizing on every issue and it hurts them badly.

It is a fact people vote on issues important to them.  Many of the items on the liberal agenda are enough to push votes away.

So go down the list:

  • New Green Deal and the ramifications that go with it
  • Socialism and the negative perspective on capitalism.  Voters generally aren't in favor of this progressive agenda
  • Taking away peoples health insurance in favor of a government run system
  • Immigration - open borders and treating illegal immigrants better than citizens
  • Elimination of tuition and paying off student loans  (means we pay for others education)
  • Higher taxes - 70% tax on the rich (only 30% support)
  • Allowing incarcerated inmates to vote (only 25% support)
  • Abortion - everyone should have one and the government should pay - add in it is OK to kill the fetus n the 9th month

Then you have the solid economy which is in jeopardy if we tax more and spend more.  We have more jobs than people to fill them so good luck trying to talk people into giving up their good economy for a socialized system of shit.

Wow. It’s like you take the 0.1% extreme of any debate and assign it as “policy.” Show some maturity or at least some intellectual honesty. This is a perfect glimpse into a paranoid mind who doesn’t bother to do any research.

What extreme.  Those are the Dem's agenda going forward.  A person having a strong negative feeling on any one of those could be enough to not vote for the Dem and vote for Trump.  Those are the issues.  The  only moderate with a chance on the Dem side is Biden and he is senile.

Why the fuck do you care if students get a free education?

You sure as fuck don't care about corporate welfare which costs us vastly more.
