65-year-old Oklahoma woman stun gunned after kicking officer

That video did not show how it happened at first.  She asked for a warning for something, I think a broken taillight, that she admits has been broke for 2 years. The officer said a warning is not meant for something that the driver knows has been broke for two years.  She argues that it something she can simply fix so he needs to give her a warning. Then she refuses to sign the ticket.  He asks her to sign it a few times and she refuses.  He then says he must arrest her since she will not sign it. She starts to drive off.

She did offer to sign it finally, the cop, while being justified was being a dick at that point when he refused saying it was too late for that and insisting he was going to arrest her, that's when she took off; it's going to result in a lot of paperwork and court time and end up getting pleaded down.

The police officer was completely justified.  She wants to be non-compliant?  Cool.  Welcome to jail.  You want to run away?  Here's your taser.

He's absolutely right to not back down when she finally offers to sign the thing.

The attitude that she doesn't have to comply is jaw dropping

This is what I never understand with people.  You are not going to win or scream yourself out of something even if the cop is wrong.  They are trained to always have the upperhand and be in control of any situation.  He can call as many cops to the scene as he needs.  You'll have your day to defend yourself later, and sue the cop/department if he/she was violating your rights, but in that moment you better comply or you're going down the hard way.
