I seriously doubt that this debate moves any poll numbers and changes anything.

Reparations talk needs to end. Slavery and Jim Crow is an awful scar on American history, but reparations are not the way to go and IMO it’s pandering in its purest form.

Bullock sucked. Steve Bullock is no Seth!

I thought he was great minus the nuclear exchange although I agreed with his overall point. I actually donated a few bucks to his campaign and Delaney’s both, hopefully their voices stick around awhile longer.

I think Bullock would be a great president.

The most interesting thing in this poll, at least to me:  from page 5 &6.....

Share of the independent vote for democrats in a head to head vs. Trump:

Biden 26.9%

Warren 56.7%

Harris 55.9%

Sanders 29.5%

Buttigieg 49.9%

Beto         60.4%

Those independents don’t seem to have much love for Biden...

The independents in this poll leaned heavily democrat.  The % is in the link.  The question is why is Biden significantly underperforming other democrats with a group that leans heavily democrat?  I don't have any answer for that.

Lol that poll is garbage.

It's clearly out of left field overall and was performed by college students at a University of Texas satellite campus, which is not a polling University in the first place unlike Quinnipiac, Monmouth, Harvard, etc. nor a polling institute like Gallup, Pew, Morning Consult, etc.

Every major, qualified national poll has independents voting for Biden by large margins over the other candidates. I doubt independents in Texas are drastically different than nationally.

Bullock was bad. Delaney was much better. Too bad Biden is eating up all their potential support though.

Bad take. Bullock did fine if you're not a leftist progressive. But I agree that Delaney did better.

You guys are looking at this through a lense of who is a better debater when it comes to articulating a concise academic position or argument, rather than who speaks to the commoner in their language.

I’m all in on Warren.  I’ll take the candidate that actually has useful policies and can articulate them.  Fuck these mythical Hordes of real Americans in flyover states that are just dying to come out and vote for a Biden and continue to get fucked over.

She doesnt have a snowballs chance in hell.

Ok. I will eagerly await Bullock’s meteoric rise in the polls.

Haha, Bullock isn't going to take off of course. I'd like it if he made the next debate, but obviously Biden owns the moderate lane. Bullock waited way too long to get in and should be running for Senate.

I still like him a lot nevertheless.
