In your case ignorance is bliss. Christianity has done far more good in the world than any other religion, including secularism.

Abolitionism was looked at as a libtard interpretation of the Bible back then. It was your people, the fundamentalists who used the bible to keep people in bondage. No1TitansFan
It's the way the economic turmoil due to changes in technology, trade, etc. have been addressed. Trump's main message to people who are angry about their situation is that he's going to bring back the good old days when in fact it's never going to happen on any kind of large scale; but that doesn't matter, it's exactly what they want to hear. Remember when Hillary tried to proactively suggest that people in the coal industry should embrace retraining as a solution to their declining prospects? She got crucified for it for strictly political reasons by the right; where in fact she was right. titansfb
StephenIsLegend
What’s funny is some of the people claiming Christianity on here are some of the biggest bigots on the forums. So many people who don’t follow or practice what their religion states. Btowner, OILERMAN, and IsntLifeFunny 2

Here is just some proof, but hardly all of what Christianity has done for the world. No single group in human history has contributed more to education and healthcare than Christians have. Christianity is based on the notion that there exists a rational God who is the source of rational truth. This gave rise to the possibility of scientific laws. Evidence for this view is that nearly all the founders of modern science were Christians. These include men such as Keppler, Boyle, Pascal, Pasteur, Newton, etc. In order to promote Bible literacy, Christians have been leaders in education. This trend was accelerated with the advent of the printing press invented by a Christian (Gutenberg). Many of the world's languages were first set to writing by Christian missionaries in order for people to read the Bible. All but one of the first 123 colleges in colonial America were Christian institutions. In addition, most of the world’s greatest universities were started for Christian purposes. The Church is the largest single provider of healthcare and education in the world, working especially in some of the poorest countries where there is no other care available. Christians, more than anyone else, have contributed to the welfare and protection of children. In the ancient world, like Rome and Greece, infanticide was not only legal, it was applauded. It was the early Christian church that ultimately brought an end to infanticide. The modern pro-life movement is largely Christian. This pro-life view has been true from the very beginning of Christianity. They pioneered the first Children's Homes in Action for Children. Churches were the first orphanages . No other group in human history has fought the slave trade more than Christians have. According to historian Glenn Sunshine, Christians were the first people in history to oppose slavery systematically. Early Christians purchased slaves in the markets simply to set them free. It is also true that slavery was ended in great part by Christian activists. Historians credit the British evangelical William Wilberforce as the primary force behind the ending of the international slave trade. No other single group in human history have contributed more to the cause of charity than Christians. The list is so numerous I am not going to bother listing them. In yesterday's CNN poll he was at 14%. The truth is that capitalism is failing middle America. It needs reforming to help the vast majority, rather than the few. Everyone paying their fair share is a big difference than socialism. I just read today that Bernie has gotten $18 mill in donations in the last 3 months from mostly small donors.
