Lol. Yes, He’s being indicted for his work with Trump’s campaign chairman Paul Manafort after he went into private practice.

Here is Kellyanne Conway with her alternative facts. Notice how it's gone from former Obama counsel to White House official indicted. I expect Tux, Ben and Rolltide to be parroting the same thing.

Why wasnt Greg Craig's home raided by the FBI at 6am?

The better question is who cares.  If he broke the law, good riddance.  Send him to jail.

Any time a Republican gets charged with a crime, all the Republicans come out to call it a witch hunt or denounce the investigation.

Any time a Democrat gets charged with a crime, all the Democrats say “if he did it then send him to jail”.

That does seem to be the pattern on this board.

So anybody giving any thought to what Obama’s former top White House lawyer might spill if they manage to flip him?

Something to keep in mind as you watch the DNC Media & people in many right-leaning media outlets pontificate that it'll take 'years' to extradite Assange to the US

Trump and his people planned this strategy for OVER A YEAR before they unsealed this indictment 2 days ago, after they spent time doing a deal with Ecuador to revoke Assange's asylum. All these people assuming a deal wasn't reached with the UK yet are GUESSING.

Once again, people assume Trump & his team are flying by the seat of their pants and making it up as they go along and writing clever commentary pieces about "Aha but Trump now has to talk the Brits into handing Assange over! Good luck with THAT, Orange Man Bad!"

Same thing with the *sudden surprise rollout* of the indictment of Greg Craig. There weren't even any WHISPERS that was coming before Thursday. Nobody had any hint this was going down until CRAIG'S LAWYERS started seeking help in the media by revealing the coming indictment

Let me tell you something you may not know. Greg Craig is an UNTOUCHABLE. You DO NOT touch insider Washington power players. It does not happen. How did they build a case against him, file an indictment & seal it WITHOUT it leaking?

What you are seeing this week was planned and readied for a long, long time by people who know exactly what they are doing. All the way back when Paul Manafort's indictment was first unsealed, I saw this coming.

While all the Democrats & the moron 'journalists' in the DNC Media were *celebrating* and *whooping it up* over Mueller's SC's office indicting Manafort and Gates for illegal lobbying, I was taking a cold, analytical look at where this was headed.

While all the attention of the Trump/Russia kool-aid drinkers was almost totally fixated on Manafort/Gates, I took a really long look at Tony Podesta's reaction to that indictment being unsealed.

Nobody was supposed to notice that people who had *no connection whatsoever* with the Trump campaign or administration were getting indicted by the Mueller team for illegal lobbying. The *very first conviction* the Mueller team had, Van Der Zwaan = illegal lobbying.

With that in mind, I watched how Tony Podesta reacted to the unsealing of Manafort's indictment. Podesta 1) immediately dissolved his highly successful lobbying firm 2) went to ground and has made himself extremely hard to find

Podesta may have been the first guy to actually realize where all of this was going. While all the idiots in Congress and in the media missed the import of the Van Der Zwaan prosecution, Podesta did not.

Let me stress again: Van Der Zwaan had absolutely no connection whatsoever to the Trump campaign or administration. He was connect to *illegal lobbying done in DC on behalf of foreign clients* long before Trump ever decided to run for President in 2015.

So what was the FIRST PRECEDENT that the Mueller Team, in it's apparent zeal to get scalps, set in stone? Illegally lobbing in Washington DC without having registered as a foreign agent is A Very Bad Thing.

What was the SECOND PRECEDENT the Mueller team set? "Attorney Client privilege, what's that? Who cares!" They raided Cohen's office and they took everything.

Recall Papadopoulos saying the investigators after him threatened to prosecute him for violating FARA. Also it was claimed for for 2 years that General Michael Flynn engaged in a plethora of illegal lobbying with his "Flynn Intel Group" on behalf of Turks & Russians.

And yet the Mueller team closes it's doors and issues it's final report and..... Papadopoulos was never charged for any illegal lobbying and neither has Flynn.

In fact, it turns out - remember THIS?! - the one case we know about Flynn cooperating with federal investigators about -there appears to be more than 1 - has to do with illegal lobbying by Flynn's 'former business associates' on behalf of Turkey.

The only *publicly revealed* case that Flynn's cooperation is needed for, that he worked with the Mueller team on, has to do with....illegal lobbying. In fact, it was his *continuing cooperation* on this & likely other investigations that keeps delaying his sentencing.

People have been watching the pieces moved around the board without knowing what they were seeing. Trump is not only going to shut down the massive foreign bribery industry, he's going to make use of top SpyGate plotter's involvement in illegal lobbying

You're not supposed to remember this or connect the dots.

"...it’s been in the public sphere for months that the only investigation Flynn is cooperating with—that we know about thus far—is related to … what? Illegal lobbying in violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act."

A lot of care has been taken to keep Bijian's name out of the press, despite the fact that he's, you know, currently under federal indictment for illegal lobbying and Flynn is cooperating against him.

It's all connected.... Manafort/Van Der Zwaan/Craig all doing illegal lobbying for Ukrainian clients back around 2012. Flynn creating a lobbying group, then cooperating against his own partners/clients.

All these people surrounding the Clintons, the Obama's, the Bush's, the elite establishment, they ALL engage in this kind of illegal activity. Mueller's Special Counsel has HANDED TRUMP AND BARR the tools they need to hammer these SpyGate goons & make them flip or else.

So once again, here's a BIG HEARTY THANK YOU to the Mueller Special Counsel Team of 13 Angry Democrats. Trump and Barr will take it from here. Thanks guys! You've been swell! /end - Brian Cates
