WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange arrested after Ecuador withdraws asylum

I have very serious concerns and mixed 'freedom of the press' thoughts regarding a prosecution of Assange.

I expect "prosecution" won't amount to much, in comparison to what people are expecting.

The discovery phase of any prosecution for the "crimes" many want to see him charged with, would mean the exposure of sources and methods far too revealing.

It’s less about whether he should be free to “report” the info and more about how he convinced Manning or others to break the law in order to give him classified intel. It’s a charge of conspiracy to commit computer intrusion.

This coming from a guy who had no concerns about the govt spying on a Presidential campaign and still supports it today.

Give up the act Jamal, no one is buying it.

You guys think that the arrest of Assange and his extradition to the US is a coincidence?

Mueller close up shop andBarr just put a shot over the bow of deep State.

Some kubuki theater initially, but expect more.

They went through all that trouble for an old conspiracy charge that dates back to 2010-11 and carries a light sentence? I don't think so. They got bigger plans for Mr. Assange. Get some popcorn.

While we are discussing coincidences, has anyone noticed Trump's change in posture as it relates to Russian Collusion, since his exoneration?

Watch his answer to the WikiLeaks question today. Very measured and calm. He doesn't want to distract from course. He is now driving, he is finally in control, there are far less variables and unknowns to him.

Make no bones about it, JA is a bad guy. He is a big Bernie supporter, you know.

JA  has the source files that are critical to the prosecution of corrupt politicians. He is being moved to the US to provide evidence and testimony to investigators under the guise of prosecution.

We are are all about to be reintroduced to the infamous laptop.

He has known all along that he is innocent. You forget Who he us surrounded by and what their role has been throughout this attempted coup d’etat.

Finally something true from Tux. He will be extradited to the US to stand trial...

Let's see if some of the Russian Collusion Truthers want to answer this.

Why would Comey turn down an immunity deal with Assange (setup by Trump team)? He was literally giving up nothing, a small time conspiracy charge, to get info on Podesta hacks, stopping the release of Vault 7 as well as a wide range of knowledge relating to multi-national cyber security issues and threats.

Don't let your cognitive dissonance defeat you.

How come nobody is mentioning how Obama commuted the sentence of Chelsea Manning? It was Manning who stole the classified documents that Assange posted. Assange never stole documents he simply published them.

Obama cuts loose a genuine spy who betrayed our country and libtards are obsessed with Assange.

Manning stole and released 700,000 documents, videos, battlefield accounts. The biggest release of classified information in our history. And Obama let him/her go!

I didn't agree with Obama commuting the sentence. However, if you are too stupid to understand the difference between a commutation and pardon, a discussion about the nuances of Obama's reasons for commuting Manning's 35 year sentence would be over your angry, little head.

Well the main thing to remember is when she decided to run for public office, s/he did so as a Democrat.

So obama made another member of his party through his benevolence.

That's the takeaway, right SK?

BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
