Interesting note:

He's been banging Pamela Anderson

Last year, it appeared Assange had struck up a romantic connection with the former Playboy centerfold and “Baywatch” star. She told Harvey Levin on Fox News’ “OBJECTified” that they had a “closeness.”

lol at Traitor and treason. Come on.

The only question is whether Assange did anything illegal to acquire the information he distributed, or had any illegal arrangements, or whether he is simply akin to a journalist, as he claims. We'll see.

I find it well beyond funny how some people's opinion about whistleblowers and transparency advocates reverses when the occupant of the White House changes from one political party to the other.

To quote Mr Assange:

Quote

"choosing between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump is like choosing between cholera or gonorrhea. Personally, I would prefer neither."

Hypocrites gonna hypocrite.

I have very serious concerns and mixed 'freedom of the press' thoughts regarding a prosecution of Assange.

I expect "prosecution" won't amount to much, in comparison to what people are expecting.

The discovery phase of any prosecution for the "crimes" many want to see him charged with, would mean the exposure of sources and methods far too revealing.

It’s less about whether he should be free to “report” the info and more about how he convinced Manning or others to break the law in order to give him classified intel. It’s a charge of conspiracy to commit computer intrusion.

Manning stole and released 700,000 documents, videos, battlefield accounts. The biggest release of classified information in our history. And Obama let him/her go!

I didn't agree with Obama commuting the sentence. However, if you are too stupid to understand the difference between a commutation and pardon, a discussion about the nuances of Obama's reasons for commuting Manning's 35 year sentence would be over your angry, little head.
