Popular Post AussieTitanFan08
This is a direct quote from Vrabel in an interview from the Owners Meetings. The Titans plan to add another quarterback this offseason as well, Vrabel said. “We are going to have to add somebody to it,” Vrabel said. “We are going to need a young guy that we can develop.” https://www.titansonline.com/news/titans-coach-mike-vrabel-talks-qbs-marcus-mariota-ryan-tannehill-and-the-need-fo Guess that significantly raises the chances of us drafting a QB at some point in the draft. thor, Tyler Rose Fan, Tex in a Can, and 3 others 2
Justafan
Man, Vrabel is such an impressive guy. Better practice hard! I love his mentality. No one is special. Team first. Competition. It shouldn't be refreshing, it should be common sense. Pragidealist, woolfolksunclesuncle, thor, and 1 other 3
Tomachek
I bet we take a Quarterback early than people expect, I been hammering to draft one in the middle rounds. Stidham, Rypien, and Thorson are the guys I like middle to late rounds. Soxcat

Denali
If Mariota sucks in training camp and is outplayed by the other QBs, would Vrabel have the balls to cut him? reo

Round 4 through 7 is a real possibility tough, anything earlier would be pushing it for the rest of our needs. I could see us snagging someone in round 4, depending how the draft falls. It's going to be a tough balancing act, don't want to take a QB too high this year because if Mariota fails this season we will be firmly in the first round QB market in 2020. Problem is Mariota/Tannehill will probably do just enough to keep us out of range of getting one of the top guys next year. Unless we do some trading back and accumulate picks next year. Giants - Webb (3rd)/Kyle Lauletta(4th) Steelers - Dobbs(4th)/Rudolph(3rd) Browns - Kizer(2nd)/Mayfield(1st) Bills - Peterman(5th)/Allen (1st) Rams - Sean Mannion (3rd)/Goff (1st) Jets - Bryce Petty (4th)/Christian Hackenberg (2nd)/ Sam Darnold (1st) Theirs a lot more examples, but it's pretty common for teams to draft mid round quarterbacks year to year. Above are a group of teams that drafted quarterbacks early to mid rounds in consecutive years. Edited March 25, 2019 by Tomachek Number9

Jonboy
Things could get really interesting if the QBs start to fall. Titans279, japan, and OILERMAN
Thrill
Jrob has shown he’s not afraid to pull the trigger on someone he really likes. I think rounds 2-7 are real possibilities. Whoever that qb is would basically have a redshirt year unless Mary and Tanny get hurt
