Surrender: Trump Expected to Endorse Deal to End Shutdown

The best part of the whole thing is they offered a deal with 1.6 billion before the new year that Trump soundly rejected at the urge of the Anne Coulter crowd.  He's happy to walk away with 1.3 now and his tail completely tucked.

Right wing media is saying the Dems caved and gave $1.3 billion. They are using this Pelosi's sound bite answering a reporter's "rhetorical" question about giving $1 dollar to the wall.

#Winning now means parsing sound bites to snatch victory. They are totally ignoring that there was $1.6 billion before the shutdown.

The Dems have inserted poison pills that allow border town mayors to stop the building if the wall in their towns.

Trump is not going to sign off on this.

I would hate it for the country, hate it for federal employees and hate it for the stock market, and ultimately don't think it will happen, but if Trump ends up not signing this bill he is dumber than I thought and it would be hilarious. Except for all that bad stuff, of course.

> The wall is not a wall between Mexico and the US, it is a wall between reality and Trump's supporters.  He doesn't want his constituents to know what he is doing to Medicare....

Nancy Pelosi is on point.
